We operate a new CNC profile cutter complete with the latest technology and software.
We supply all types of Plate Steel & specialise in boiler plate up to 150mm
We use the latest nesting software minimizing plate wastage and ensuring accurate cutting of components
Profiles can be drawn in-house or can be converted from client drawings in Dwg, Dxf or lges formats.
We use high definition plasma for cutting aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel.
4 oxy fuel heads are used for plate stripping.
Our capacity ranges from 1mm up to 200mm thick. Our cutting bed is 12.5m x 3.7m
Brake Press:- 2 options we are operating a Pullmax 450-tonne brake press - 320 tonne 4m brake press; the 2nd is 13m x 3.2 m with twin high definition plasmas
Five axis full CNC controlled with crowning 5.1 metre bed, 4.3 metres between frames, bending capacity from 1mm to 50mm plate
Complex Developments for transitions are first modelled in 3-D on CAD and then developed flat for cutting and pressing.
