Atlas Steels has a long and proud history of customer service in Australia and New Zealand which commenced in 1939 with the entry into Australia of Atlas Steels Canada, a leading Canadian steel supplier founded in 1918. From these roots Atlas built a distribution, processing and manufacturing network with 19 customer service sites in Australia and New Zealand including a sheet and coil processing plant and two tubular mills where stainless steel and precision carbon tubular products are manufactured.
The Atlas Steels reputation, built on seventy successful years of taking care of our customers, continues to build since privatisation of the company in late 2008. The belief that our customers are our priority is core to the values of the Atlas people, whose talents and energy are aimed at building long term relationships with our customers by adding value to their businesses.
