What is a subscription?
The new a'Courts website now uses a subscription system.
A subscription lasts for 12 months
Without a subscription you can only search and view part of the directory.
Bold companies and their listings are shown to everyone. Only subscribers can
view all listings in the directory.
Before you can subscribe you will be asked to create a Login ID and Password to identify yourself.
How do I buy a subscription?
You can by a subscription quickly and easily online by selecting the "Buy Subscription" option on the right.
You can use your credit card to purchase safely and securely online and your subscription is immediately available once you have
completed the transaction.
If you don't wish to purchase online with a credit card you can print off an order form and send it to a'Courts with a cheque or transfer.
You will then be sent an Activation Code which you can use to enable your subscription.
What is an Activation Code and how do I use it
If you have been provided with an activation code you can use this to enable your subscription.
Select "Activate Subscription Code" on the right and follow the steps.
Who can use a single subscription?
A single subscription can be shared within a single work location. You can create a Login ID and purhchase a subscription and anyone who works in your location can share the Login ID and Password to use the subscription
I have several business locations. What should I do?
If you have multiple locations or branches you must create a separate Login ID and password for each one and purchase a separate subscription.
What is a Login ID?
A Login ID along with its Password is what uniquely identifies you and your subscription.
As a subscription is attached to a Login ID you need to create a Login ID before you can purchase a subscription or use a Activation Code.
Can I automatically Login each time I use the directory
Yes simply select the "Remember Me" checkbox when you login.
This will remember your login on the computer you are using for a year.
To cancel this simply Logout.
Best practices for a Shared Login ID?
If you a sharing a subscription within a single location you should check the "Shared Login" option on your login details.
You can also change this option if you are logged in by selecting "View/Edit your details" on the right
If you select Shared Login you can also enter a "Change Key".
With a change key you can restrict who can change the password and other details of this Login ID
You can provide your Login ID and password to others in your work location to access the directory but only give the change key to those who you want to be able to change your details.
If you can set a change key you will be prompted for it anytime you want to change your details or password.
Do you offer discounts for multiple subscription purchases
If you have more than 10 locations for which you need to purchase subscriptions please contact us for special pricing.
Renewing a subscription
To renew your subscription simply purchase another one.
If your already have a subscription that has not expired yet, any new subscription purchased will not start until after your current one.
This means you can purchase a new subscription before your current one has expired without penalty.
I have a listing in the a'Courts directory how does this affect me
If you have a bold listing you are provided with one subscription as part of your package.
You will sent an activation code that you can use to enable this subscription.
If you have not received this please contact us.
Your subscription is for use in a single location.
If you have branches or require more subscriptions these need to be purchased additionally.
How do I create more than one Login ID
To create a Login ID simply make sure you are not logged in.
If you are logged in under an existing Login ID click "Logout" on the right.
When you select "Buy Subscription" or "Activate Subscription Code" if your are not logged in you are prompted to login using an existing Login ID or to create a new one.
Create a new Login ID.
What if I have forgotten my Login ID or password
When you are not logged in select the "Forgotten your Login ID or Password" option on the right.
Follow the instructions and your Login ID or Password will be emailed to the email address for your Login ID.
