  • What is the deadline for listing or alterations
    The deadline for inclusion in the book and CD is 30th October All internet listings can be included or altered at any time
  • I would like to request a new Product heading or Business type classification
    Send us your request by fax 09 480 9546 or email karen@acourt.co.nz and we will investigate it
  • Do you have an Australian database like this one
    We do not have a separate database for Australia. There are Australian companies listed and where there is no representation in New Zealand for Australian products we will include the Australian Company’s details
  • I am a parallel importer can I list all my brands in your database
    No we do not include parallel imported products in our database
  • How can I get my company listed in the database

  • Can I include my logo
    The database is an information database only and does not include display advertising or logos
  • How long has your company been trading
    Our first publication was produced in 1972 and we continue to produce a book annually. The CD and internet database commenced in 1999
  • Can I use your database to prepare a mailing list?
    A mailing list is not available from this database, the intention of a’Courts database is to assist people purchasing or locating suppliers
  • Can I search by area
    Searching for companies by area is not available on a’Courts database.
  • How much does it cost to list with you
    Listing prices on application, as they vary depending on what the requirements are
  • How often do you update the information
    The data is continually updated in our database and the data is sent to the web weekly
  • How do you get your information
    Originally all data was collected by personal physical calls on companies. Presently some of the data is verified by phone calls, most of the data is still verified by personal physical calls on companies. Now with internet presence, many companies contact us to be listed or email through changes when they occur
The a'courts website is now Subscription based.
Free access is still provided but only to bold listings.
Full access to a’Courts database is now only available by on-line subscription.
A subscription costs NZ$175.00 + gst per year.
Subscribers will be able to access all listings but non-subscribers will only be able to access detail (bold) listings.
If you have a 'Bold' Company Listing you will get a website subscription as part of your listing package.
